Heart Space is a community meditation practice that is rooted in the Sufi meditation technique of ‘Murāqaba’ - where one turns towards the heart and rests in awareness of the Divine gaze that is always upon it --- opening to this ever-present connection as a source of guidance and loving presence.

How It Works

Everyday, an online community gets together to practice for 15 minutes on Zoom for one full moon cycle (28 days). The intention is to deepen our connection to our hearts and to the presence of the Divine that can permeate throughout out days.
