Heart Space is a guided meditation journey rooted in the Sufi practice of Murāqaba — the art of turning toward the heart and resting in the awareness of the Divine gaze that is always upon it.
Through this gentle and consistent practice, we open to an ever-present connection — a source of guidance, stillness, and loving presence.
Originally offered live during Ramadan, this journey is now available as a self-paced experience, allowing you to enter the practice whenever you feel called.
How It Works
You’ll receive access to 28 recorded sessions, each approximately 15–20 minutes, designed to be practiced daily over a 28-day cycle. However you can move through the journey at your own pace.
